Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7–14 days of the expected delivery date at wideopen@thetipsyangler.com with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
